After today's lab I thought it would be a good idea to see what you learned.

Here is the assignment. Write a summary and tell me what you learned by going to the website frog guts. Reminder a summary is roughly two paragraphs long.
If you had to give it a rating from 1 being the best to a 10 being the worst what would you give this activity.

I disected a frog! it pretty fun but it would be funner with as real frog. I also learned a lot especially about the squid because u had to guess where the body parts are. I also put together a vole which was pretty fun and it took a long time but it was fun. If i rated this site 1 to 10, it would be a 9 1/2
I learned that disecting a frog is kinda gross but cool at the same time.I thought the frog one was a 2
I thought the squid was a 4
and i thought the vole was a 2

I'm going to rate them all at 3-3 1/2.
It was pretty fun to see what the inside of a frog looks like. The squid one wasn't very much fun. The owl pellet was the second best.
I only got 2 out of 8 on the squid one the first time. Then I tried it a couple more times and got 7 out of 8.
I disected the frog. It was pretty cool. Kind of gross though. I put together the animal but one of the pieces was hidden/lost. I would rate this website 9/10. I was actually hoping to disect the squid:)

I did all three and they were ok I only got 3 out of 8 on the squid.

I learned how to dissect a frog and where all the organs are in a frog.
Also I learned what the body parts are in a squid. In the owl pellet I learned how the bones and the fur are spit out and where they belong.
In total rate for all would be about a 6.
i would never disect a frog, like a real one. GRoSS!!! i did the frog thing then did the owl pellet thing.
I learned that its gross and that the vole thing runs away when u are done and you click it. Then I did the Squid and i got 7 out of 8 things right but i didn't know that the head was in the middle.
What a cool site Mr.Nadeau- I had fun(?) with the frog. I learned that its heart was higher up than I thought. The tail bones to the vole were a bit tricky, being so small. It looks like the vole has a pretty strong jaw and thick shoulder blades. I had a harder time with the squid though. I didn't know where all the body parts went and did some guessing. I would rate them as 1-frog, 2-squid, and 3-vole. Mrs.V.
The frog was boring, and I would never, in my right mind, disect a frog, unless i squished it :P. I did all three of them, and only got one wrong on the squid thingy.
I learned that the rat runs away when you click him.. stupid mouse. :( and that there is a lot of things overlaying in the frog, like, it's hard to find the lungs, and the heart, along with the Large intestine. The squid, is easy to identify, except for the collar, that's the one I got wrong.
Hey mr N. I loved the frog thing it was aswome i like the part were u use the maginfieing glass to indentify each part
